I work in the area of Photovoltaics, sunlight to electricity.
Since you do “National Security” you will find this interesting. I am from Cambridge originally. My sister is Jane Curtin from SNL fame.

Ms. Weinberger:
If you would go onto www.defensetech.org and type in Hack Your Nervous System and then scroll down to the article titled: Air Force Plan: Hack Your Nervous System and then click on Heavily Censored Document, you will find that I, a Jacksonville, Florida woman, am a sub-animal study of the Navel Research Studies Office, along with the University of Florida Division of Sponsored Research. The weapon described is named Laser Induced Plasma and it is evil and has been used on me for about five years. It is a weapon used from aircraft.
I am warning you that if you get into this community of Defense Science Investigation, you are setting yourself up for the use of this weapon to be used on you. I don’t care if you have a Scholarship to MIT or not, that is actually where your trouble will begin because MIT is heavily involved in Defense projects, along with the C.I.A. That is where John Nash’s problems exploded, the Nobel Prize Winner for Economics and the character portrayed in the true movie, A Beautiful Mind.
Ms. Weinberger, you need to know something about this weapon that is being used on me. It inflicts an invisible ray of torture on a human being. It can kill in an instant. It is the biggest kept secret of the secret projects of the Defense Department and the C.I.A. If you delve into places the Defense Department and C.I.A. don’t want you, a journalist, to go your life will be in danger.
My life is in danger. Every day I wake up blessed I have not been murdered by this weapon. This Laser Induced Plasma weapon cramps, stabs, hammers, chokes, sleep deprives and constantly annoys the person being attacked to the point of exhaustion, both mental and physical.
The reason I know it can kill is because sometimes they will cramp up my entire leg and foot, leaving the cramp long enough to let me know they could do that to my heart, as well, until I am dead.
There are other ways to expose weapons being explored and developed that don’t put your life in danger. It is called the legal system of this country where this has to go. The government has to allow the use of this weapon to go public and for those using it on citizens, to be prosecuted to the fullest extent. If not, then our country and the world are heading to a place so evil, no one has ever imagined. If this weapon is continually allowed to be used by the military and police aircraft community, then there would be no reason for having a civilized world at all. There would be no reason for anything. There would be no reason for life. If the military and police can hover or fly over our nation as freely as they have with me and have gotten away with it, then America will cease to exist as we are so accustomed to knowing it. If we go back to slave days where the military and police can torture and kill anyone, including their own, then what is the purpose of anything?
Trust me Ms. Weinberger, you are delving into a place science don’t want you to go. You will become what is called a Targeted Individual and if the government get their way, they won’t let go of you until they are through and that may mean targeting you until you grow old and die.
Let our government do what is necessary, the legal way. I have reached out to every body of government for help and I know they will be there for me one day. If they don’t they know as well where this country is headed and it is not where the government want to go, an evil place.
I never wanted to know about this Laser Induced Plasma weapon. For some reason, someone decided to use me as a target for it. I have all the criteria for a subject. I have been in mental health facilities. I have a family member who committed suicide, my Father. I am 61 years old so my physical complaints can be attributed to aging. I am poor so I can’t afford to call my the Jacksonville wealthy community and have them come to my defense.
Those are the criteria they use when looking for a subject to use for their torture experiments with this weapon, I’m sure.
John Nash, the brilliant student who attended Yale and MIT, but who ended up being turned into a Defense and C.I.A. experiment, as portrayed in A Beautiful Mind, is still heavily medicated on schizophrenic medication. He was a poor student, unlike most of the kids who attended Yale and MIT, whose upbringing afforded them the priviledge of going to the best schools in the world. John Nash got there because he was exceptional; but also he stood out due to not being “one of the guys” from the upper class.
John Nash’s world crumbled not because he was mentally ill, but because he was poor and amongst a sea of rich; some of the kids coming from military parents and the science community, as well as C.I.A. upbringings.
John Nash never had a chance to use his mind because he began to become a “cat toy” that was clawed and bitten and thrown about. He became a tease of the students and thus, became a science subject of Defense and C.I.A., who to this day, still control his mind with heavy psychotrophic medications and he is probably nearing eighty years old.
His life was thrown to the wolves because he didn’t fit in from the day
he was born. He was gifted and use his mind to end up in prestige schools, but with the Ivy Leaguers ambushing him, he didn’t stand a chance. He won the Nobel Prize for Economics because he said that if there is an ambush in a war, then the ambushers will not win. He discovered this when playing Chess on the campus of Yale where the boys ambushed him, laughed at him, bullied him. He went on to explain that in times of war, ambushing never wins because it is not a fair war. In Texas, it used to be man to man outside the saloon. That was fair. What is being done to me and what was done to Nash is not fair war. I am on individual with no defense, against a bunch of sick individuals who like to do great bodily and mental harm to me because to me they think of themselves as weak and thus, they prey of the weaker in order to build themselves up. That is what happened to Nash and that is what has happened to me and it is all government; beginning with a few and flourishing into a catatonic mass of invaders.
I worked as a security guard in a wealthy community here in Jacksonville for two years on the graveyard shift and that is where my torture began; sitting there at a place where wealthy people in the military live; a golf and country club residential community. That is where the aircraft would fly in over the guard house at midnight, acting like they were going to land on top; then later on, after their ambushing games ended, they would begin using the Laser Induced Plasma weapon on me; so badly I had to quit working there because I could not bear the pain. The pain is like nothing you can imagine. They stay on one spot and continually pulse the place over and over and over; in this case, my shin muscle.
Anyway, good luck with your new found venture; going deeper into the world of “Spooks” and Defense Science exploration. You may not be interested in the C.I.A., and as they affectionately like to call themselves, The Company, but they will become interested in you. I don’t think your parents would want you to go there if they knew what I know. You should talk to them first. Anyone can become a target of this weapon. It doesn’t matter if you are a child of military or government parents. If they decide to target you with this weapon, they will.
The study of the power of this weapon is over. They have tortured and killed and know its capabilities. Now, the military and C.I.A. can go about turning our country into a fachist state, where military and police pilots and their crews can fly the skies of America, targeting anyone they please.
